Availability And Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure availability of all products listed on our website and try to despatch all items within the indicated time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.
If you plan to visit the shop based on products and stock levels shown own line, you must accept that whilst we try to keep all details up to date, occasionally errors do occur. Where possible we can place special orders if a particular product/size is out of stock. This will be subject to availability of stock from the supplier.
TCSC has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out promptly. Please bear in mind weekends and bank holidays when the shop is closed. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time prior to dispatch and can do this by contacting sarahandlisa@thechildrensshoecompany.co.uk
Occasionally we have to withdraw an item because it is no longer available. If this affects your order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is if available.
Liability
TCSC warrant that goods purchased through the site will be of a satisfactory quality and reasonably for for the purpose for which goods of that nature are commonly supplied.
The total liability of TCSC for any claim howsoever caused shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by TCSC to the customer. TCSC shall not be held liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. TCSC cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. The customer’s statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

TCSC has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that all products have been fairly described and portrayed but slight variations may occur. All measurements are approximate and colour reproduction is as close as normal publishing processes will allow. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
You are of course fully protected by our returns policy, and we will always try to rectify any mistake as swiftly as possible and to the customer's satisfaction.
Ordering
Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods. After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email from us that we have received it. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted. When we accept your order, we will notify you by sending an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Your order is only deemed to have been accepted by us on dispatch of the goods.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. In the case of incorrect price listing, where the correct price of an item is higher than that stated on the site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you prior to dispatch for instructions or reject your order and notify you of such rejection
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of TCSC. until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

All items are subject to availability. Our system has been designed to only allow you to order products that we have in stock. However, in the event of an error and your desired product not being available, we will inform you by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

Delivery and charges
If you order before 12 pm on a working day, we will aim to dispatch your order the same day for next day delivery, although orders can take 2-5 working days to be delivered. Orders placed on a non working day or after 12 pm on a working day should be dispatched the next working day (for our purposes a "working day" is Monday to Friday, not including bank or public holidays).
Delivery times may vary depending on the exact location that the goods are to be delivered to. We are unable to deliver the next day or offer AM/PM time slots to addresses in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and the more remote parts of the areas that we deliver to.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We require an email address upon registration, and we will use this email address to acknowledge receipt of your order.
Your order will not be confirmed as accepted by TCSC until despatch of the product(s) ordered.
