Book Your In-Store Fitting Appointment

During our busy periods, we operate a fitting appointments booking system. Walk Ins will be accommodated only if we have fitters available, however the appointments will take priority.

We strongly recommend that customers make appointments during busy times, e.g. Back to School (July/August), Saturdays and school holidays.  

Each appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes – within this time we can fit two children with one pair of shoes each, or one child with multiple pairs of shoes.

If you have any issues please email us at info@thechildrensshoecompany.co.uk with the time you would like your appointment. 

If you think you will require extra time, have tricky feet, or multiple children, it is advised to book more time than you think as we don’t want to rush fitting your child’s shoes or overrun your allotted time.
