Each appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes – within this time we can fit two children with one pair of shoes each or one child with multiple pairs of shoes.

If you think you will require extra time, have tricky feet, or multiple children, it is advised to book more time than you think as we don’t want to rush fitting your child’s shoes or overrun your allotted time.
