Delivery Policy

We aim to process orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). Please find below estimated delivery times and costs below:

**International orders over 2kg may incur additional charges. If this case arises, we will be in touch to discuss your delivery options and any applicable charges.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs within the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked for all locations outside of the UK. Please note that if your order is to be delivered to a country outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

We're pleased to offer free in-store pick-up through our click and collect service, even when closed due to a National Shut Down.
