INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

As we move slowly through this pandemic, we will slowly be reopening the shop from the 1st July. Please be assured that as we reopen we will practice social distancing and we will be following Government guidance. In order to do this, we will only be able to accept appointments and no drop ins will be possible. To make an appointment please go to our page Make An Appointment

Remember whether we are closed or open you can still shop with us online.  During the last 7 years we have strived to offer you excellent customer service and we plan to continue to do this while we remain closed. Service is key to an independently owned business.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs postage on all our online orders bound for the UK and Royal Mail tracked delivery for all of our international orders.  We have furloughed the majority of our staff to protect them as we move through the next few months and to ensure that when we reopen we still have the same fantastic team.

A couple of us will continue to process our online orders and we will work in isolation from each other to offer the greatest protection. We continue to practice good hygiene.
